Shanghai Huishuo InfoTech Co., Ltd. serves the automotive and parts manufacturing industries and beyond with industrial automation engineering services and industrial information system integration. Our business covers electrical design, PLC programming and on-site commissioning, as well as shop-floor centralized monitoring, production and body tracking, quality traceability, energy management, ANDON and data visualization applications.
Combining shop-floor process experience, multi-brand control systems and multi-platform software integration, we deliver new project implementation, retrofit and continuous upgrade services for manufacturing companies and engineering general contractors. Our in-house communication drivers and engineering tools serve as technical support for project delivery and platform extension.
Business Lines
Our business is organized around two main lines:
Automation Engineering Services — electrical and control engineering implementation for new-build and retrofit projects: electrical design, PLC programming and commissioning, joint commissioning of process and conveyor equipment, and industrial network & information security support as required by the project.
Industrial Information System Integration — shop-floor and plant-level information systems: centralized monitoring (SCADA), production and body tracking, quality traceability, energy management, ANDON and data visualization applications, plus platform retrofit and upgrade of existing systems.
Engineering & Technical Capabilities
- Shop-floor engineering: electrical design, PLC programming and commissioning, process and conveyor equipment integration, and retrofit of existing control systems
- Platform integration: project delivery experience with Ignition, WinCC, InTouch and Dürr-related platforms; platform selection around existing systems and customer requirements
- Data path: end-to-end implementation from PLC/equipment data acquisition to upper-layer applications
- In-house technology: S7Plus-Driver communication driver, PLC scan tool and other engineering tools, serving as technical support for project delivery and platform extension
Certifications: Inductive Automation certified Ignition Gold Certified Integrator (company level), with 1 Ignition Gold Certified engineer and 4 Ignition Core Certified engineers on the team.
